Terms of Service

Effective October 15, 2026

These terms apply to your use of entertainment2851.us, visits to our venue at 2851 US Highway 19 North, Holiday, FL 34691, and bookings with Entertainment 2851 LLC ("2851," "we," "us"). Your written booking confirmation controls if it conflicts with these terms.

Venue visits

• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• We may refuse service or ask guests to leave for unsafe, disruptive, or abusive behavior.
• Please report malfunctioning games to staff; don't attempt to open or move equipment.
• The venue uses security cameras in public areas.

Game cards and prizes

• Game credits have no cash value and can't be exchanged for cash except where required by law.
• Credits and tickets don't expire while the venue operates. Register your card to protect its balance.
• Credits lost to a game malfunction will be restored after staff verification.
• Prize selection and ticket values may change.

Bookings

• A booking is confirmed only when we send written confirmation and receive the deposit.
• Final guest counts and add-ons are due 3 days before the event. Charges are based on the greater of the final count or actual attendance.
• Events start and end on time so we can prepare for the next group. Late arrivals don't extend room time.
• No confetti, glitter, silly string, open flames, or outside alcohol. Decorations may not damage walls or equipment.
• Hosts are responsible for supervising their guests and for damage caused by their group beyond normal wear.

Changes and cancellations

Rescheduling and refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. If we must cancel because of an emergency, power loss, or severe weather, you'll receive your choice of a new date or a full refund.

Assumption of risk

Arcade play involves ordinary risks such as minor bumps. Please play safely and follow posted instructions. Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for our own negligence where the law doesn't allow it.

Complaints and dispute resolution

Speak to a manager on site or contact support@entertainment2851.us / (727) 942-5138. We'll acknowledge within 1 business day and respond in writing within 10 business days. If a dispute isn't resolved, either party may request non-binding mediation in Pasco County with a mutually agreed mediator, with the mediator's fee shared equally, before filing a claim. Nothing here prevents you from contacting a consumer protection agency or filing in small claims court.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any booking-related claim is limited to the amount paid for that booking, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses.

Website

The party planner provides suggestions only and doesn't create a reservation.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Florida law. Venue for any dispute is Pasco County, Florida.

Changes

We may update these terms. Changes don't affect confirmed bookings.
