Entertainment 2851 LLC ("2851," "we," "us"), 2851 US Highway 19 North, Holiday, FL 34691, respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through entertainment2851.us and at our venue, and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Booking requests: name, email, phone, preferred date, guest count, and event details.
- Booking records: event details, guest-of-honor name and age if provided, dietary notes, deposits, and payments.
- Game card registration (optional): name and email so we can restore a lost card's balance.
- Security cameras: our venue uses video cameras in public areas for safety and security.
- Technical data: basic server logs used for security. The party planner runs in your browser and sends nothing to us.
We do not use advertising trackers on this website.
How we use information
- To respond to inquiries and manage bookings;
- To prepare food, decorations, and staffing for your event;
- To process payments, deposits, and refunds;
- To keep the venue safe and investigate incidents;
- To handle complaints and comply with legal obligations.
Children's information
Bookings are made by adults. We collect only the information a parent or guardian provides for the party (such as a child's first name and age) and use it only for that event. Our website is not directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information online from them.
Photos
We don't post photos of guests or children on our website or social media without the parent's or guest's permission.
Sharing
We don't sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate (payment processing, booking software, email), food vendors when needed for your order, and authorities when legally required.
Retention
Booking and payment records are kept as needed for accounting and tax purposes. Security footage is retained for a limited period and then overwritten unless needed for an incident. Inquiries that don't become bookings are deleted within 24 months.
Your choices
You can ask to access, correct, or delete your information by emailing support@entertainment2851.us. Some records must be kept for legal reasons.
Security
We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the effective date when we do.
